SEDA College offers 15 hours of lessons weekly, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 12:10 pm or from 1 pm to 4:10 pm. A 10-minute break takes place between classes every day.

On a daily basis, classes are divided into two parts: the first one is focused on grammar and the second one is focused on conversation and preparation for external exams.

Each part has a different teacher, with the aim of bringing more dynamics to the classes. There is a specific book according to every level of English in the first class, and in the second one, the materials are provided by the teachers.

The teaching methodology of SEDA College is based on standards set by the Irish government, which is why every Friday a test is applied to assess what was learned during the week. The results of these tests help students to keep up with their English level.

Speaking of English levels, check what SEDA College offers: Beginners (6 weeks), Elementary (3 months), Pre-Intermediate (3 months), Intermediate (3 months), Upper Intermediate (6 months), Advanced months) and Advanced Plus (6 months).

And just as we follow the Irish teaching standards, students need to have at least 85% of attendance. This rule was established by the Irish government to ensure that the exchange students are in the country to study and not just to work. If any student fails to comply with these standards, it’s the school’s duty to inform the appropriate authorities.
