SEDA College is supporting Brazilian jiu-Jitsu athletes

SEDA College is an institution that believes in education as a way of changing people’s lives, and because of this, we are also supporting the sport Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

We believe that these pairs support each other, and they can bring many opportunities for those that didn’t have any expectations in life.

And to show that examples are more important than any advice, Tiago, SEDA`s CEO, started to practice jiu-jitsu and this changed the school environment.

This positive example gave the SEDA staff they wish to practice the sport and now a lot of collaborators started to have jiu-jitsu classes as well.

Tiago spoke about this engaging of the staff in Brazilian jiu-jitsu: “To practice, any kind of sport is essential to get a healthy life. The importance of jiu-jitsu is immeasurable especially because turns you into a focused and disciplined person. I believe that Brazilian jiu-jitsu is more than a sport, it`s a lifestyle.”, affirmed him.

Athletes from Brazil

Competing all over the world, Tiago gets in touch with another team, the TMD, which are mostly children and teenagers from Brazil.

From this began a partnership between SEDA and TMD, to support the athletes in their training and competitions.

With SEDA College`s support, the athletes can have more qualified equipment, training, nutritionist and also more opportunities to compete in other countries.
