It is possible to use the card in Post Offices, ATMs, stores and online, for example, besides being able to receive your monthly salary in this account, since it is part of an official service from the Irish government.
To open an account you need:
- To be 16 years old or older;
- To reside in the Republic of Ireland;
- Provide proof of name and proof of address;
- Fill out the account request form and take it to the Post Office.
