SEDA College launches My SEDA App to help students with their Academic Life

ACCESSING THE APP

After downloading the app compatible with the operating system of your smarthphone (Android or iOS), simply access the application and perform the following steps:

REQUESTING ACCESS

The app was developed exclusively to SEDA College students. To access your academic and personal details, you must request access to this information. Use the button “REQUEST ACCESS” and enter the following information:

REGISTRATION NUMBER:

Is your Student ID number at SEDA College. You can find it in your enrolment letter or in your class, in the attendance list.

YOUR PASSWORD

PASSWORD CONFIRMATION

After these steps, our system will send you an email that enable your access to SEDA app.

NOTE: The email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of your enrolment at SEDA.

2. To log in

After activating your account, you can log in and access the app to check your academic information, and request letters, contact the school and follow the academic calendar year. To log in to the app, simply enter your Student ID and the password registered in the previous step.

3.Requests

You can request letters, certificates, class schedule change and much more using the LETTER REQUEST menu. You can also track the status and returns to your previous requests.

 

To do a new request, access the Letter Request menu and click on the “+ New letter request” button.

By accessing this menu, you have the following options:

●     Attendance

●     Certificate

●     Bank Letter

●     Change Time

●     Exit

●     Insurance Request

●     Other

●     Re-Entry Visa

●     Reference Letter

●     Temporary Leave

●     Visa

●     2 month Holiday Letter

You can access each of the options according to your need. Follow the guidelines that the option displays or prompts to you.

We create a register of interaction and monitoring for every request made. This means that you can track the status of the request made, as well as comments from the academic department.

4. ATTENDANCE

In this menu, you can track information about your course, whether it in progress or already concluded. You can have the details about:

● Course Start Date

● Attendance Rate

● Total Classes: Number of classes in your course

● Performed: Number of classes that you have had

● Present: Number of classes you attended

● Absent: Number of classes you have been missing

● Tuition Finish: Date of completion of your course

 

5. CALL US

This function enables the dialer on your smartphone, so you can call our school and ask possible questions.

6. MESSAGE

In this option, you can send an email directly to our administration department. We will be happy and available to assist you in whatever you need.

It also has our address, email, phone number and a map. You can follow and check where we are located. The map will give you the right directions about how to reach our school.

7. Profile

In the app, you have the Access Menu to view, track and edit information such as:

●     Edit Profile

●     Social

●     Academic Calendar

●     Logout

●     Terms and Conditions & Students Handbook

EDIT PROFILE

By accessing this menu, you can check and track your personal information, such as phone number and address. If you need to update any information, you can edit them and click Update Info. All the new information entered will be saved and used in your new requests.

SOCIAL

In this menu you will have access to all the communication channels SEDA College has. Follow us on all of them to get to know our news, activities and tips that we share every day. This is the key to make your exchange experience even more intense and amazing.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR

By using the menu, you will have access to our academic calendar. You will be able to check all dates of events, holidays and exams weeks.
