Never pay before seeing the property<\/span><\/h2>\n

This is the golden rule. Scammers often create ads with stolen photos of other properties, prices below market value, and convincing stories to pressure immediate payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

If someone asks you to transfer money before signing any contract or visiting the room, be immediately suspicious.<\/span><\/p>\n
