Alex, originally from Minas Gerais, Brazil, has been a dedicated bodybuilder for 10 years. His story is an example of overcoming challenges, determination, and success, both in sports and personal life.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Beginning of a New Life<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alex&#8217;s journey into bodybuilding began in 2014. At the time, he led a life of parties, drinking, and fun, despite maintaining a training routine from Monday to Friday. The turning point came during the carnival that year, when Alex realised he wanted more from life. Determined to leave excesses behind and seek a healthier, more focused path, he sought help from a nutritionist friend and began his preparation for competition.<\/p>\n<p>With the support of his nutritionist friend, Alex started a year of rigorous preparation. During this period, he received an invitation from his brother, who had been living in Ireland since 2009, to move and start a new life abroad. In 2015, six months before his first competition, Alex accepted the invitation, organised his move, and two weeks before leaving for Ireland, competed and won his category in Belo Horizonte.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arrival in Ireland and Partnership with SEDA College<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Upon arriving in Ireland, Alex began his journey at SEDA College, where his brother had previously studied. With a scholarship granted by Tiago Mascarenhas, Alex and his wife, who was also studying at SEDA, started a new phase in their lives. Besides studying, Alex continued to compete and won his first title in Ireland in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, Alex participated in various competitions in Ireland, Brazil, Portugal, and Spain, accumulating titles and experience. In 2023, he sought support from SEDA College again to continue competing at a high level. SEDA&#8217;s sponsorship was crucial for Alex to reach new heights in his career.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The Consummation of a Pro Athlete<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Last year, Alex competed in a Pro Qualifier, where he came close to becoming a professional athlete. Determined to achieve his goal, he continued to train and compete. In 2024, after participating in a show in Spain and placing in the Top 5 among 21 athletes, Alex returned to Ireland and, with SEDA&#8217;s support, became the overall champion of the night, becoming the newest professional bodybuilder in Ireland.<\/p>\n<p>Alex Prado is a living example that determination, resilience, and hard work can transform lives. He firmly believes that if you have a goal and work tirelessly to achieve it, results will follow. His story is a powerful testament to everyone who seeks to overcome challenges and achieve their dreams.<\/p>\n<p>SEDA College is proud to be part of Alex Prado&#8217;s journey and will continue to support him in his future achievements.
