As part of our SEDA Jobs Club programme, MCR held an open day for recruitment at SEDA College today. The event started in the morning at 10 am until 1 pm, catering for students attending classes in both the morning and afternoon.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company is currently offering vacancies for cleaning and security positions. Students who hold the visa for 8 months are eligible for these jobs. The position offers up to 20 hours per week, and the applicants will need a PPS number.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Job vacancies<\/b><\/p>\n

The job openings cover the most different areas such as hotels, service, restaurants, etc. There will be jobs with different requirements, some with experience, but there are also openings for those who want to start from scratch.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration in the SEDA Jobs Club<\/b><\/p>\n

The SEDA Jobs Club program will work for both SEDA students and students from other exchange schools. The difference is that the students of our school will have access to professional courses that will help when it comes to getting a job.<\/span><\/p>\n

Students from SEDA and other exchange schools will be able to access the SEDA Jobs Club and apply for vacancies through the website. It is always good to remember that to work legally in Ireland, the student needs to hire the 25-week course, thus obtaining a work visa of 20 hours per week during the school period and 40 hours per week during the vacation period.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
