Young, talented, and already making an impact. That’s how SEDA College describes Olivia and Louisa — two jiu-jitsu athletes sponsored by the school who have just launched a project as creative as it is inspiring: the BJJ Sisters Coloring Book.
A coloring book about jiu-jitsu. It seems simple, but behind this idea lies a powerful vision about the role of sport in children’s lives — especially girls’ lives.
The idea that was born on the mat
Jiu-jitsu is a technical, intense, and often intimidating sport for those on the outside. For those who practice from an early age, it becomes much more than fighting — it becomes discipline, confidence, identity.
Olivia and Louisa understood this firsthand and decided to share this universe in a light, fun, and accessible way.
The BJJ Sisters Coloring Book was created to teach jiu-jitsu techniques in a visual and relaxed way, designed to inspire the next generation on and off the mat.
Instead of technical manuals or complicated videos, they chose the gentlest path possible: that of colors, drawings, and imagination.
The result is a project that unites creativity and sport in a way that is rarely seen — and that is already attracting the attention of the martial arts community.
