Summer is out there for everybody to enjoy and, of course, SEDA would take advantage of the coming of hotter temperatures with loads of activities to celebrate this incredible period of the year. As usual, we will have our regular activities classes such as Grammar Class, Pronunciation Class, Exams preparation classes. Check below what else we will have this summer with SEDA.

LinkedIn Class – Boosting up your social media is essential to get a good job. LinkedIn has established itself as one of the most important job network platforms in the world. So what about having the opportunity to pimp your LinkedIn profile and be prepared for your future job applications? Go for it! This class will happen on Friday the 6th at 4:30 pm in room 01.

Photoshop Class – Everybody wants to show off nice pictures on their social media, right? So what about having the chance to learn how to edit your pictures and the more likes on your online profiles? Here you have this chance! In this class, the students will learn some of the main techniques to have the nicest pictures. It will happen on Friday the 06th, at 4:30 pm in room 14.

SEDA Vegan Week – Especially this week, SEDA College will focus on an important issue. For one entire week, we will have activities totally related to veganism. Check the classes below:

Veganism Workshop – In this workshop, the students will have the chance to get to know some of the main information about what veganism is. If it’s expansive to go vegan, where to buy vegan food, where to find vegan restaurants. This class will happen on Monday the 09th, at 4:30 pm in room 01. Don’t miss out on this chance to learn more about veganism.

Vegan Documentary – What the Health (2017) is a very thought-provoking documentary that will make you think twice about how the meat industry is treating animals, how we are exposed to all sorts of chemical products, and how it impacts our daily lives. This documentary will be on Tuesday the 10th at 4:30 pm in the Lounge.

Vegan Dishes Preparation – What about getting the chance to learn how to cook some delicious vegan dishes? Come to this class and you will learn it. It will happen on Wednesday the 11th, in the Lounge at 4:30 pm.

Vegan Desserts Preparation – Everybody loves what comes after the main meals, right? Some desserts are in fact delicious. So what about learning how to prepare some delicious vegan desserts such as vegan ice cream and vegan cakes? Come to this class and you will learn it. It will be on Thursday the 12th at 4:30 pm in the Lounge.

Veganism on a daily basis – In this class, the students will learn how to use veganism on their daily basis, such as vegan makeup, vegan products for house cleaning and so much more. Come and get to know how you can become environment-friendly by doing small things. It will happen on Friday the 13th, in room 01 at 4:30 pm.

Spanish for trips – Do you want to get some important tips in Spanish for your next trips? So here you will have the chance. In this class, the students will learn how to deal with situations that will require them at a certain level of Spanish while they are traveling. This is your chance! Go for it.  These two classes will happen on Friday the 13th and the 27th.

English for business – Some students asked for this class so here we go! In this class, the students will have the chance to improve their business vocabulary and get to job interviews prepared. Don’t miss out on this chance to learn more about this important tool that will help you to get a nice job. These classes will happen on Tuesday the 17th and 31st at 4:30 pm.

DJ Workshop – It’s cool to be the one responsible to rock a party by putting some nice songs, right? In this workshop, you will get to know some of the main techniques to be a DJ. Come and get to know more about this amazing and cool activity. These two classes will happen on Wednesday the 17th and the 25th in room 01 at 4:30 pm.

Job Experience Meetup – In this meetup, the students you have the chance to meet people who succeeded in finding a job in Ireland. They can ask questions about applications, interviews, and companies to work for. This is your chance! It will happen in room 14 at 4:30 pm on Thursday the 19th.

CV Class – In this class, the students will have the chance to improve their CVs and get some important tips for their future job application. Don’t miss out on this chance. It will happen on Friday the 20th in room 01.

Voluntary Workday – Have you ever attended to a voluntary work? What do you think about getting an international certificate, helping some people and improving your English at the same time? This is a big opportunity for you to meet people from different nationalities and improve your CV. It will happen on Saturday 21st. The meeting place is outside SEDA at 9 am.

Barista Course – A professional Barista comes to the school to give the theoretical explanation of the main techniques to become a barista. It costs 25 euro. Come for this course and improve your CV. Book at the reception. This course will happen on Thursday 26th.

Preposition Class – It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner student or an advanced student. Prepositions are difficult for everybody. So, in this class, the students will have the chance to improve their preposition accuracy. It will be in room 01 at 4:30 pm on Friday the 27th.

Conversation Meetups – Now conversation class is no longer conversation class. From now on it will be called Conversation Meetup and it will focus on something very specific. This month, the students will have the chance to improve their English vocabulary through conversations about business, veganism, trips, history, and geography. Stay tuned because every month we will a different topic to discuss in our conversation meetups. Same room 01, same time 4:30 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
